Order terms
How you pay
For pickup, you pay when you collect at the shop, in cash or by card. For home delivery, payment is online by card through Redsys, the bank’s payment gateway. We never see or store your card number: the gateway handles that.
Menu prices include VAT.
Delivery
We only deliver to these postcodes: 22300, 22310, 22311. The minimum order for delivery is 10,00 € and delivery costs 1,90 €. Outside that area, pickup at the shop only.
Opening hours
We’re open every day from 13:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 00:00. Orders come in during opening hours; if the shop is closed or paused, you can’t place one.
If we turn down an order
We may not accept an order: if we’ve run out of stock, if the shop is closed or paused, or if the address is out of the area. If it was a delivery order you’d already paid for online, we refund you in full by the same payment method.
Privacy
What data we ask for
For any order we ask for your name and phone number. We only ask for your address if it’s a delivery, so we can bring it to you. For online delivery payments, your card details are processed by Redsys; they don’t pass through us.
What we use it for
Only to handle your order: prepare it, keep you posted on how it’s going and, for delivery, bring it to the address you give us. The basis for processing this data is fulfilling the order you place.
How long we keep it
For as long as the order lasts and, after that, for as long as tax and accounting obligations require: [retention period pending]. After that, we delete it.
Who we share it with
No more than strictly necessary: the delivery driver when it’s a home delivery, and the payment gateway (Redsys) when you pay online. We don’t sell your data or build profiles with it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, object to the processing, restrict it or ask for it back (portability). Write to us at [email protected] [email to be confirmed]. If you think we’re not doing it right, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
We only use one technical cookie: the admin panel session, so staff stay logged in while they work. It’s essential for that access, so it doesn’t need your consent.
There’s no analytics, no advertising and no third-party cookies. That’s why this site doesn’t show you any cookie banner.
